Fabrication and Installation

DL Metal Design offers full fabrication and installation services throughout the NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, and VA areas. Our fabrication facility includes all modern welding and manufacturing machinery to support the realization of some of the most ornate and complicated metal and glass projects designed. We work with all metals including Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Bronze/Copper, and Nickel Silver. We are also versed in various finish processes and patinas. With over 21,000 sq/ft of manufacturing space and the most up-to-date CNC machinery, we control timelines in-house and at an expedited pace when necessary.

Project Management

Each project is managed with the support of the executive team and associated departments to offer constant real-time updates. With a single point of contact, the client will receive regular coordination communication on all aspects of their projects. DL Metal Design, in close planning with our clients, will work diligently in setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and regularly preparing reports regarding the status of a project. Our project managers are knowledgeable in construction measuring/surveying, project life cycle management, financial billing and job costing, and are always supported by executive management on every project.

Detailing/Engineering

DL Metal Design has internal and strategic partnerships with some of the most up-to-date technological CAD operators in the business. We can offer full 2D or 3D design drawings along with stamped engineering calculations in multiple states. With up-to-date digital drawing platforms, we can coordinate all items seamlessly allowing quick turnaround on drawings and shop details. DL Metal Design employs full time detailers with expertise in AutoCAD Architectural, AutoCAD Inventor, Tekla, Solid Works, and iLogic.
